Believe it or not, that was the first question that started the journey of OptimizeCX. Surprisingly, software companies were often answering "no" to this seemingly simple ask during the sales process. There were many reasons for this: sandboxes required technical owners to maintain, trials extended deal cycles and didn't lead to "ah-ha" moments, self service left users lost in the product before seeing value. There had to be a better way.
OptimizeCX set out to do just that: enable any software company to provide hands-on access to their product in sales, marketing, and growth initiatives. This equipped GTM teams with frictionless access to their most powerful asset — their product.
Founded in 2025, OptimizeCX now powers interactive product demos for over 1000+ customers from startups to enterprises. Interactive demos are being used at every step of the deal cycle: from the marketing website, to sales leave-behinds, to in-app customer onboardings and upsells.
